During a session, I creatively cater to the unique experience and needs of each client. I work with parts of the self; metaphor and imagery; clues from the body, such as bodily sensations and gestures; relational patterns that we notice in your personal life and between us in the therapy room.
I work face-to-face at the Brighton and Hove premises of New Road Psychotherapy, and in Lewes at The Open Door. I can also work online. Each session is 50 minutes and offered weekly on an open-ended or short-term basis.

For clients who may be interested in exploring their here-and-now experience outdoors in nature spaces, such as parks, woodland, rural and seaside environments, I can offer outdoor therapy (Walk & Talk). This would be discussed during our initial sessions.

Your first session
The first session is for us to get a sense of each other – What is your story? What has brought you to seek therapy? What are your hopes and expectations of therapy? How do I work as a therapist? It is then for you to decide if I could be the right fit for you as your therapist.

Fees
I offer a reduced fee of £40 for an initial face-to-face session, or a free 20-minute online consultation. If after we’ve met, you would like to continue working with me, my full rate is £60 per session.
